تُشغّل زيست («زيست»، «نحن») تطبيقًا لتوصيل الطعام والبقالة يربطك بالمطاعم والمتاجر وشركاء التوصيل. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها، وحقوقك. باستخدامك زيست فأنت توافق عليها.Zest ("Zest", "we") operates a food and grocery delivery app connecting you with restaurants, stores and delivery partners. This policy explains what data we collect and why, who we share it with, and your rights. By using Zest you agree to it.

1البيانات التي نجمعهاInformation we collect

• بيانات الحسابAccount details — الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، وكلمة مرور مُشفّرة.name, email, phone, and a securely hashed password.
• العناوين والموقع الدقيقAddresses & precise location — العناوين المحفوظة، وبعد إذنك موقع GPS لإيجاد المتاجر القريبة والتوصيل والتتبّع المباشر.saved addresses and, with permission, GPS location for nearby stores, delivery, and live tracking.
• معلومات الطلبOrder information — الأصناف وسجل الطلبات والمبالغ والحالة.items, order history, amounts, and status.
• معلومات الدفعPayment info — تُعالَج عبر مزوّد خارجي؛ لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات كاملة، فقط رمزًا وتفاصيل غير حسّاسة ورصيد المحفظة.processed by a third party; we don't store full card numbers, only a token, non-sensitive details, and your wallet balance.

2كيف نستخدم بياناتكHow we use it

لإنشاء حسابك ومعالجة طلباتك وتوصيلها وتتبّعها، ومعالجة المدفوعات والمحفظة، وإرسال تحديثات الطلب، وتقديم الدعم، والتحقق من السائقين والحفاظ على أمان المنصّة، وتحسين الخدمة، والامتثال للقانون.To create your account; process, deliver and track orders; handle payments and the wallet; send order updates; provide support; verify riders and keep the platform safe; improve the service; and comply with law.

3بيانات الموقعLocation data

بموافقتك، نستخدم موقعك الدقيق أثناء استخدام التطبيق لإيجاد المتاجر القريبة وتحديد نقطة التوصيل وعرض موقع السائق على الخريطة. يمكنك سحب الإذن من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.With your consent we use precise location while you use the app to find nearby stores, set the delivery point, and show the rider on the map. You can revoke the permission anytime in device settings.

4مع من نشارك البياناتWho we share with

نشارك الحد الأدنى ولا نبيع بياناتك: المطاعم (محتوى الطلب)، السائقون (الاسم والعنوان والهاتف)، مزوّدو الدفع، مزوّدو الخدمات (استضافة وخرائط وإشعارات)، والجهات الرسمية عند طلب القانون.We share the minimum and do not sell your data: restaurants (order contents), riders (name, address, phone), payment processors, service providers (hosting, maps, notifications), and authorities when required by law.

5بيانات السائقDriver data

من يتقدّم كسائق نجمع منه مستندات التحقق (الصورة، الهوية، الرخصة، رخصة المركبة) وتُخزَّن بشكل خاص ولا تُنشر، وتُستخدم فقط للتحقق والسلامة، ولا يعمل الحساب إلا بعد موافقة الإدارة.Applicants who wish to deliver provide verification documents (photo, ID, licence, vehicle licence) stored privately, never public, used only for verification and safety; the account operates only after admin approval.

6الأمان والاحتفاظSecurity & retention

نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل وكلمات مرور مُجزّأة وضوابط وصول، وتُحفظ الوثائق خارج أي مجلد عام. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال نشاط حسابك وللمدة التي يوجبها القانون، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls, and documents are kept outside any public directory. We retain data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

7حقوقكYour rights

تقدر تطّلع على بياناتك وتصحّحها من التطبيق، وتحذف حسابك من حسابي ← حذف الحساب (أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب)، وتتحكم بأذونات الموقع والإشعارات، وتلغي الرسائل الترويجية.You can view and correct your data in the app, delete your account from Account → Delete Account (or via the Delete Account page), control location/notification permissions, and opt out of marketing.

8الأطفال والتعديلات والتواصلChildren, changes & contact
