تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك تطبيق زيست وخدماته. باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق عليها. اقرأها بعناية.These terms govern your use of the Zest app and services. By using the app you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك زيست، توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة.By creating an account or using Zest, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٦ سنة فأكثر. أنت مسؤول عن سرّية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك، وتلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة.You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate, current information.
الأسعار وتوفّر الأصناف يحدّدها المطعم/المتجر وقد تتغيّر. عند تأكيد الطلب تلتزم بدفع الإجمالي المعروض شاملًا رسوم التوصيل والخدمة والضرائب المطبّقة. تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي.Prices and item availability are set by the restaurant/store and may change. When you confirm an order you agree to pay the displayed total, including delivery, service fees and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party provider.
نبذل جهدنا للتوصيل ضمن الوقت المقدّر، لكنه تقديري وليس مضمونًا وقد يتأثر بالمسافة والازدحام والطقس وتوفّر السائقين. يجب توفير عنوان صحيح وإمكانية الوصول لاستلام الطلب.We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by distance, traffic, weather and rider availability. You must provide a correct address and be reachable to receive the order.
يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال فترة قصيرة قبل بدء التحضير. بعد بدء التحضير قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكنًا. في حال وجود مشكلة بالطلب (نقص أو خطأ) تواصل مع الدعم، وقد نصدر استردادًا كليًا أو جزئيًا حسب الحالة، ويُعاد للمحفظة أو لوسيلة الدفع الأصلية.Orders may be cancelled within a short window before preparation begins. After preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible. If there is a problem with your order (missing or wrong items), contact support; we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion, credited to your wallet or original payment method.
رصيد المحفظة يُستخدم للدفع داخل زيست فقط، وغير قابل للتحويل أو الصرف نقدًا إلا حيث يوجب القانون. لا يجوز إساءة استخدام المحفظة أو العروض.Wallet balance can be used to pay within Zest only and is non-transferable and non-refundable for cash except where required by law. Abuse of the wallet or promotions is prohibited.
من يتقدّم للعمل كسائق يوافق على تقديم مستندات صحيحة (الهوية والرخصة ورخصة المركبة) للتحقق، ولا يبدأ العمل إلا بعد الموافقة، ويلتزم بالقوانين المرورية وأنظمة السلامة.Applicants who wish to deliver agree to provide valid documents (ID, licence, vehicle licence) for verification, may only operate after approval, and must comply with traffic laws and safety rules.
لا يجوز استخدام زيست لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو الاحتيال، أو الإساءة للمستخدمين أو السائقين أو المتاجر، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرّح به.You may not use Zest for any unlawful purpose, fraud, abuse of users/riders/stores, or to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access.
اسم زيست وشعاره والتطبيق ومحتواه مملوكة لنا أو لمرخّصينا، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن.The Zest name, logo, app and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». المطاعم والمتاجر مسؤولة عن جودة وسلامة منتجاتها. لا نضمن خلو الخدمة من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء.The service is provided "as is". Restaurants and stores are responsible for the quality and safety of their products. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على قيمة الطلب المعني.To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط؛ سنغيّر تاريخ السريان، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك النسخة المُعدّلة.We may update these terms; we will change the effective date, and continued use means you accept the revised version.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
